Bylaws
ASSESSORS, Reporting to, New Buildings and Alterations
Anyone constructing or locating a building costing in excess of $2,000.00 (construed to mean as produced in the open market) and anyone making structural changes costing in excess of $2,000.00 (construed to mean as produced in the open market) in any existing building shall report the same in writing to the Board of Assessors at the time such work is commenced. Violators of this bylaw shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
