RECREATIONAL VEHICLE FINES
No one shall operate or allow to be operated certain recreational vehicles (commonly referred to as three- or four-wheelers and trail bikes) on private proprietor's and/or ancient ways including private and municipally owned land without written consent of owner(s) and shall be liable to a fine not to exceed $50.00 for the first offense and not to exceed $100.00 for the second and subsequent offenses.
