SCHOOL, Martha's Vineyard Regional High, Debt
Whenever the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School District votes to incur debt pursuant to Chapter 71 Section 16d of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Selectmen shall call a Special Town Meeting whose warrant shall include an article relative to such debt, within sixty days after the date on which said debt was authorized.
