UTILITIES
Pursuant to Section 22C of Chapter 166 of Massachusetts General Laws, the installation of new overhead public utilities for the transmission of domestic power and telephone and other communications is prohibited in the Town of West Tisbury where no overhead power or telephone lines now exist along designated Major Roads and designated Special Ways as described in West Tisbury Zoning By-Laws, Section VI.B.3.a. and Section VI.B.4.a. respectively.
